Cancellation Policy
- Non-arrival : Forfeit 100%
- 14 days prior to arrival : forfeit 25%
- 7 days prior to arrival : forfeit 50%
- Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made over peak periods
(Easter/ Special Events/ Christmas/ New Year)
- If you cancel your booking a fee of 10% of the deposit will be held in lieu of administrative and handling costs.
Payment Policy
- 50% DEPOSIT SECURES THE BOOKING BALANCE ON ARRIVAL - Full payment required prior to arrival. NO KEYS WILL BE HANDED OVER WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT

- No refunds on bookings made during peak season
- Damages & breakage to property and lost keys, will be billed to guests account

- On the day of arrival, the appropriate use of equipment will be shown to you
- Smoking is restricted to deck, patio or bar area
